Fantastic interview! Im trying to absorb as much as i can from watching and reading Scott's body of work. Simple yet techincal explanations I can use to help my clients understand why the training WORKS! Thanks again, and thanks Scott for being so open with your wisdom.

That's beautiful! I thought you tough guys had already hit the Commando level when the programme came out - now I feel a little less lonely. Joking, of course - I'm still a Recrute, but working on it. Thanks for all you did and still do, Coach S.!

Hi Coach,

Is there a particular set of primer exercises we should use for this other than unloaded shoulder circles?

Also what poses would be best for compensation, or is there a particular one of the 5 A or B series Prasara flows that would best compensate for this program?

Thank you!

Coach Sonnon,

This progression looks great. I am almost done with a 4x7 cycle and will give this a go for the OALC. Doing high reps in the long cycle tends to give me a lot of tension in the elbows and biceps. Would the Clubbell mill be a good complimentary exercise to use along with it?

Thanks,
Richard
