What REALLY Happens when you Lose Fat? Surprising Facts.

When you’re severely over-fat and obese, we can harbor illusions that “fitness” regards mere vain appearances. We don’t realize the quality of life differences because we can’t sample that value before we experience it. And unfortunately, it isn’t dramatic lifestyle changes which turn around our fitness, but the small, seemingly innocuous choices we make throughout the day, when our willpower has been most greatly depleted. Often we need reminders, carefully placed throughout our home, workplace, desktop, vehicle, and properly timed for when our will is most drained.

So, if you’re recovering from obesity or over-fatness, I’m right there with you. I know it can feel overwhelming. If it were just one big thing you had to change, it’d almost be easier, than all of the thousands of little things eroding your awareness and resistance. But, you don’t need to remember everything. You don’t need to get it all perfect every day. You don’t need to make all the right choices. Make one small change today. That’s all. Only one new choice otherwise. And reward your increased willpower with a new decision tomorrow. This will build your will daily, like the muscles you’re growing.
