The Poison is the Antidote
August 28, 2012 – 9:20 am
Ninety minutes enduring discipline or ninety years suffering decrepitude.
We choose each morning.
The poison is the antidote. Taken too strong, too long, we quickly die from overdose. Not taken at all, we writhe in anguish of the slow, paralyzing death.
Our daily, balanced dose invigorates our system, protects us against decline, and improves our quality of life regardless of the quantity we are allotted.
