Make your Vocation a Vacation
September 4, 2012 – 6:51 am
If success is one of your goals, choose a vocation which is a vacation. If you love to do it, you’re much more likely to work hard and long enough, to care enough to practice and grow and feel nourished enough to over-deliver value and quality. You can do the same thing even if you don’t love what you do, but you will have to take longer periods of recovery. So ultimately those who love what they do and kick ass consistently over time, outperform both those who hate what they do and work hard, and those who love what they do but do not.
Very respectfully,
