Fuse into Synergy: Yoga and Strength

Simone de Beauvoir advised that, “To show your true ability is always, in a sense, to surpass the limits of your ability, to go a little beyond them: to dare, to seek, to invent; it is at such a moment that new talents are revealed, discovered, and realized.”

A fusion of your prior disciplines and experiences is much more than a random mixture. It can produce a synergistic effect greater than the sum of its parts. After spending seven years with me, Summer Huntington has done this in Clubbell Yoga. She dared to combine two incredible disciplines to produce a unique training effect entirely separate but complementary to its individual components. And I am so proud of what she’s contributing to our community.
