You can stop tobacco. I did. I had become addicted to chewing tobacco in the late eighties to make weight for wrestling.   2. I’m having a hard time quitting chewing tobacco too. I started back in 2001 while playing baseball, and also because a good friend introduced it to me. I am a deputy sheriff, and usually have a lot of dip during shift. It is pretty tough to quit.
