But because your diaphragm is tied to your psoas on your myofascial line, squatting with a weak/inhibited psoas causes you to pant or overbreathe. Overbreathing causes you to leak strength and lose total control in your squat. So you have to fix your breathing in your squat while resetting your shoulder posture. (NOTE: Overbreathing also causes hyperventilation, increases alkalosis, decreases brain blood flow, which makes you dizzy, increases anxiety and decreases cognition.)
