76 Year Old Genius 14 One-Arm Pushups
July 29, 2008 – 4:49 amDr. Steven Levin, MD, father of the science of biotensegrity and one of my personal heroes and teachers, just sent me a video of his birthday celebration where he performed 7 one-armed pushups on each arm for his 76th birthday.
As an avid Clubbell athlete, Dr. Levin knows the value of practical, functional strength, but as the innovative pioneer of the science which has rewritten how we perceive all of anatomy and physiology, he is one of my most favorite people on the planet.
Okay, enough gushing before the hyperbole police arrive.
