Our New Website is Finally LIVE!

I’m not known for sitting still. I beat all my competitors whether on the mat or in the boardroom, but training and working while they slept cozy in their beds, by pounding the books and studying every science possible from neuroscience to biotensegrity, and by traveling the world to study with the greats of the physical arts.
I’m the most prolific in the wellness industry because it has saved my life and given me a quality of life which experts and doctors said would be impossible. I’ve performed on stage at the Bol’shoy theater, emceed the world’s largest fitness expo, trained special forces and secret service around the globe, won international championships in multiple martial arts, and was inducted into 3 different halls of fame for my ability to climb from my genetic impoverishment to spokesman for the wellness revolution.
Considering what wellness has done for me, how could I not continue to refine my techniques and develop programs which could reach more people?
And with the help of my incredible coaching staff and faculty, I have the distinct privilege of presenting to you history’s 1st-ever, train-at-home Circular Strength Training® Group eXercise (CSTGx) class!
I’ve been traveling across the country for a year implementing the class into “the Best Gyms in America”… with an unanimous choir of exuberant reaction, including SOLD-OUT, WAITING-LIST-ONLY status on workshops and classes!
What is it about Circular Strength Training® that has been sweeping the nation? Is it the amazing impact of the first-ever longevity mobility system - Intu-Flow®; or the graceful yet powerful flow yoga of Prasara; or is it the legendary Clubbell® which transforms 3D into 6D functional strength?
Yes, the 3 “rings” of CST are individually the most effective wellness modalities. But it is their synergistic fusion which has established CST as the most effective wellness system ever created. The signature design of CST Group Exercise (CSTGx) is both elegant and powerful.
And after many months of refinement, it’s finally available for you… at home to experience 100% of its benefits:

Looking forward to plenty of good times working CST in the greenhouse this summer. Keep up the good work. You rock!

If this is anything what has been peaked at in the Core Cadre, then this will be a comprehensive and dynamic program. I’ve done often the Clubbell CST101 program as designed, that is through a logical sequencing of all three wings of CST, Intu-Flow warmup, many diverse Clubell warmup and clubell fitness exercises using all 6 degrees of freedom and finished by a nice compensatory yoga practice. It’s a great way of smartly organizing your CST practice. This program is tough as practiced diligently , but rewarded by the actually fun nature of the program (I look forward to doing it, even after a physically demanding workday, and the quickly noticed physical results of the practice. In fact, I was surprised by the how many facets of my body (and mind and morale by the physical practice) improved (strength, mobility, cardio, flexibility, core). Shocked by such an impact using only 5# clubbells. What a tool! I’m continually and pleasantly enamored by the new discoveries and applications I’m finding to do with this simple tool. Clubbell Fitness proves the synergistic aspects of the clubbell, that is, it’s nature as both a noun and a verb in usage. Clubbell fitness is the stage to marvel it’s usage.

Would two 5# Clubbells be ideal two purchase along with this DVD? Looking to give to someone as a gift.
By AF1 on Mar 29, 2009
Two 5s would be perfect, AF1!

I was SO looking forward to this after I watched the teaser… Thanks Coach!
By Camilo on Mar 29, 2009
Wow…that looks great. Would this be appropriate for someone new to CST?
By Sarah on Mar 29, 2009
Sarah, this is IDEAL for someone new to CST! It’s the essence of CST!

I’m so happy to see this product finally come to market. I’ve watched it develop from it’s beginning in the experimental stage, through beta-testing, and I assisted Coach Sonnon in certifying some of America’s top Group Ex instructors in the course. In my opinion, CST Gx will revolutionize the fitness industry. The fact that you can now tap into this powerful course at home (while learning how to integrate all 3 rings of CST in one holistic program) will make the magic of CST immediately accessible to anyone.
Exciting times!

Thanks, Ryan. You were a great aid in implementing the training beta-testers, and helping certify our first cadre of CST GX instructors around the nation.

How long does it take to do CST group dvd?
Is this just One workout program?
Do you recomemend doing this workout
1x per week, 2x, 3x or everyday?
I currently do your advanced intu flow and
your extension with the mini clubs
By Mel Babtkis on Mar 31, 2009
Hi Mel,
The program is 60 minutes long including warm-up and cool-down.
There are 2 programs - beginners and intermediate levels.
I recommend that you perform the program 2X / week for maximal benefits.
With your Xtension program as a foundation, you’ll find this a great progression!
By Scott Sonnon on Mar 31, 2009
Coach, Thanks for your response. A couple of
follow up questions.
I have the mini bells ( also a set
of 10lbs and 15lbs doing very few exercises
with these as of YET :) )
1)Do you recommend the 5 pound bells instead of
mini ( not sure of the difference)?
2) Will the group dvd be suitable progression for eventually working with the
10 lbs and 15 lbs ?
Respectfully,
Mel
By Mel Babtkis on Apr 1, 2009
1. The 5lbs Clubbells are more challenging than the Mini-Clubbells, so I recommend the weight which best suits your current condition.
2. Yes, absolutely. On some exercises, I use 35s and 45s… but there are still exercises which I use the 5s. You’ll grow stronger faster in some exercises than others as it’s completely individualized and every person has their unique strengths and deficits to improve.

Coach,
Just ordered two 5lbs and dvd.
Can’t wait.

Mel

My dvd just arrived today. Thank you! I’m a follow along kind of gal (I love Ageless Mobility) and just from previewing I can tell I’m going to get a lot out of this program.

Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coach,
Love all the inspiration and exciting advise
you bring to my training.
At 55 I am back in the game. It started with intu flow 5 years ago, flow fit, extensions,
and CTS. I put a rope in my house 6 months ago
and working hard to climb to the top.
I started taking a martial arts class a year ago ( something I would not dream of after neck
surgery back in 2000).
Now being a little bit on overload with all my goals, can you sugest a couple of club exercise’s to improve my over all martial arts
skills. ( i love the dragron stance drill)
Respectfully,
Mel
