Pain-Free Mobility FREE NOW!

November 14, 2009 – 10:55 am

But I bet that most of you won’t do this program every day for 28 days. With only 8-14 minutes of a time investment, most of you won’t do this program regardless if you’re “older and wiser” or “younger and energetic.” Why? Because whether you’re older or younger, you’ll think that nothing that easy could solve so many problems. But it will.

The only success I’ve had in the past has been to charge incredibly expensive fees for my services and programs, because the deep financial investment coerces you to follow through to reap a return on your investment. That works nearly 100% of the time.

So, this is more of a socio-economic investigation. I stopped giving away classes and programs for free a long time ago, because if it’s free 98% of people don’t perceive it as valuable. But I want to test that supposition again. The thousands of people claiming near-magical (and in some case, seemingly miraculous) results have shown that this program works 100% of the time that you do it consistently for a month. So….

I’m giving you the basic program for absolutely nothing just to see if you’ll do it every day for 28 days and post your daily report to facebook, blog or even my free forum: http://www.rmaxinternational.com/forum. It has to be one of them though. If you’re not willing to make yourself accountable for a daily online update, I know that you’re not able to complete even only 8-14 minutes / day for less than a month.

Prove me wrong. I double-dog dare you.

  2. I’ve been trying to prove Scott wrong every day for the past three years. Instead, I’ve adopted a permanent daily personal practice that always includes Intu-Flow inspired joint mobility. It has helped me stay pain-free and given me an extra edge in all of my training.

  3. Well, I got the dog part down.I’m a 56 year old one AND plenty of daily pain too.

So, I’ll give it a whirl.
Say a prayer for me so, I can dig up the stick-too-itiveness.
    Thanks for the opportunity Scott!

  6. Every day for the past year, Bro. What a difference! I used to think I needed hours of stretching to do the same thing IF does in minutes. Thanks!!

  11. I started daily Intu-Flow (30 minutes worth) last March and I rarely miss a day. I no longer wake up with those little aches and pains I used to experience on a daily basis. One of the best investments I’ve ever made!

  13. Day One. I did it in the early morning and plan to do it again tonight. Not too strenuous, but a good feeling all over. Thank you.

  14. I can vouch that Intu-Flow is a superb program. I incorporate some of Scott’s JM ideas and exercises in my routines every day, and my health and vitality is much the better for it. It really is “Moderate, Sustainable, Injury Free Exercise.”

  18. Hi
Today is my thrid day and its going well, but I never really had many aches and pain to start with but I have found its helping in my recovery after my workouts…not so much muscle stiffness the next day! Just wanting to know if its normal to have clicking in my sholders and back when doing the sholder rolls??? Its got me a little weirded out
    Cheers
ps. I’ll try to make daily updates, but my internet isn’t the best and I cant get online all the time which sucks as remembering how to do all the exercises without watching the video is difficult!

  19. Cheers to all,

I caught Scott’s info on utube and have been doing the routine twice a day for four days now. I just found this site so I am now reporting. I am always looking to increase my knowledge and skills and I am blown away to find this info. Thank You, looking forward to the journey.

ps I found a slight pain in my lower back in the gliding spine drill when I stated and each time I glide it gets progressively better.

  20. Day Four….going well. Taking it slow and easy. I have major back issues. So far, so good. Just doing these gentle, easy exercises is great!
    Again, thank you so much.

  21. day5…I’ll admit I’m lasting longer than I first thought!

By Sarah on Nov 20, 2009

  22. Day Five…..I am actually at work on my lunch break. Lucky I have an office that is secluded! Much better to do this than sit around the breakroom. I am finally feeling like the movements are more familiar and can now try to do them more correctly.
    Again, thank you.

  23. Yeah … this stuff is fantastic. I paid for the video and have been doing it for a couple years.

I’m still a fan of free, though. It’s strange most of want to pay for something to feel like we’re getting something. Lot’s of great stuff comes free.

Barefoot Ted made the same observation about Vibram FiveFinger shoes recently - that these shoes offer people a product … that they can pay for … that brings them closer to life lived naturally and FREE … and that might actually get this barefoot running thing off the ground more than ever before.

    Psychology is fascinating.

  24. HighMesaFitness hooked me up with this! Thanks, Joe! Anyway, this is so gentle and something my Physical Therapist would approve of for my Fibromyalgia pains. And no co-pay! Also will do these in my ‘Joint Effort’ swim class! So many can be done just about anywhere and even while sitting!

Thanks Scott for showing us how to spell relief! I-N-T-U-F-L-O-W
