For time, complete 5 rounds of the following circuit:

  • 30sec Double Clubbell Rock-It (70lbs / 2X35lbs)
  • 30R/30L sec Bulgarian Split Squat (135lbs)
  • 30sec BOSU Jump Split Squat
  • 30sec Medball Lateral Step-up (14lbs)
  • 30sec BOSU Lateral Step-up
  • 20 meter Double Kettlebell Farmers Walk (140lbs / 2X32kgs)
  • 3 laps Plyobox Jumps (14, 18, 24 inch boxes)

  2. Killer workout Scott. From a Tactical standpoint, this is good, realistic stuff. How do you like the BOSU? I see it mimicking uneven ground.

  5. I imagine that 5 rounds of that routine would turn most people into a puddle of gasping protoplasm. Assuming they could even finish. Nice workout!
