  • 5/5 Clubbell Seonage Lunge (35lbs)
  • 5/5 Clubbell Cradle 1/4 Step-up (45lbs)
  • 30 seconds Lateral BOSU Step-up (Guard Block)
  • 30 seconds Speed Rope Jump
