Go as light weight as you must in order to explosively accelerate!
And remember TWENTY ROUNDS non-stop!
For Time, 20 Rounds Non-Stop:

  • 5 reps Kettlebell “Sambo” Swing
  • 5 reps Barbell Speed Row
  • 5/5 reps Band Towel Snap Down
  • 5/5 reps Band Towel Speed Row
  • R.E.S.E.T. Breathing to 65% of your maximum heart rate before the next round

  3. Good to see you fast and explosive! I was wondering the reason you move the barbell so far away from the body in the row? (I know there is a good one :-))

  4. Karsten, it’s moving more specific to the range of the target skill - forearms parallel at end of pull. General would be more perpendicular as you excel at, brother.

    I can’t disclose too much more, since I won’t be publicly publishing any of my work: skill-specific. There are competitors watching. ;-)
