  • 20sec Plyometric Box Jumps (14, 18, 24 inch boxes)
  • 20sec Lateral BOSU Step-Ups Guard Position
  • 20sec Upright Barbell Speed Row - as light as speed can be maintained
  • 20sec Double Band Resisted Seonage Kneeling Shoulder Throws
  • 20sec right leg / 20sec left leg One-Leg Diagonal Medball Slam (14lbs Dynamax Medicine Ball)
  • 20sec Stability Ball Flag Pushup
  • 20sec Thick Grip Clubbell Renegade Row (25lbs regulation Clubbells)

  2. Hey Coach! Merry Christmas to you and yours. I redsicovered the wonder of it all through one ten year old girl and a four year old girl.
    Quick training question: On the Bulgarian Split Squats, do you determine the weight to be lifted by your bodyweight? For instance, following that, would a 165lbs guy load the bar up to that weight or go with the 185 as the standard? Thanks for your time and attention. I hope you have a blessed Christmas.

    It’s designed for my purposes only. For my participation in the Sport Jiujitsu division of the 2010 World Martial Arts Games, I’m preparing to be able to squat more than my opponent’s bodyweight on one leg.
