  2. Great stuff here, Coach. I and everyone I’ve shared these Tacfit workouts with are IMPRESSED (and shocked out of their complacency of routine workouts). My friend Lt. Col. McEvilly presently in Iraq says that his fellow soldiers are impressed (and frontline soldiers aren’t easily impressed). As a martial artist who has done the trilogy of striking, grappling and groundfighting, I most definitely see the applications of what you are doing. Somewhere back there is shadows, I see your Dr. Frankenstein (Coach Locke) with his devious grin going. I wish more people were exposed to his ingenuity. Kudos to the both of you!

  3. Well done Scott! “20sec Takedown Get-Up Complex” really smooth and well executed at that stage in the series. Well Done!

  4. Kevin, thanks brother. I so want to meet any LTC named “McEvilly” - God, what I would have done for a name like that!

Robbie, that video is of my final - 7th - round, so that’s a great complement. Thanks, bruddha.
    12 sets of 20sec = 4 minutes. 7 rounds at 4 minutes = 28 minutes.
    4 fights max @ two 3 min rounds = 24 min.
I’d still like to lengthen that conditioning margin.
