- 2X30sec Plyometric Cossack Lunge Leg Extension
- R.E.S.E.T. Breathing to 65% of maximum heart rate before the next round

Wow, coach, you just gave me some new workout ideas, thank you. I have medicine balls which I love using, but your kick-up exercise was new to me and I’m going to try that. Another way to do Bulgarian split squats and I, a kicking pugilist at heart (sorry you grapplers) love the plyometric Cossack Lunge Leg Extension. Where you going with all this stuff? This is truly an Britannica Encyclopedia of Exercises!
