  • 20sec (right)/20sec (left) Clubbell Bridge Press (45lbs regulation clubbell)

  2. INNOVATION squared! Darn good stuff here, Scott. I love the Medball stuff, especially the medball core push-up. Another thing I think I’ve noticed about Dynamax med balls are that they are relatively the same girth as a human. Your bear- hugging the Dynamax on the Dragon Squat has grappling application.

  4. WOW…tried it today…after the 3rd set I’ve used 1 min rest to maintain a decent execution.. I’m conscious we are not in the same condition athletically…lol.
    Amazed to how i need to focus just to maintain the grip on my whist during the medball dragon squat ( I was keeping my mind on the idea that it was a Fight conditioning)
    The clubbell bridge press was great cause of the instability of weight and the focus on the pelvis tension to maintain the bridge…in other words…THANKS COACH!! Great inspiration…
