  2. Great workout Scott! Do you do any max strength work? A lot of your work is higher reps or higher time so just curious if you have a separate day/training session for heavier loads.

  4. Thanks for the reply. Anything from 1RM to 5RM work. If I may ask, what is the reasoning why? I love the RMAX thought process when it comes to a holistic program design and this seems like a small but missing component. Many thanks for your time
