From 187 to 202lbs - 15lbs of muscle in 3 months

It’s not the fastest way to gain muscle. Others promise more than 5lbs of lean muscle gain per month. But for me, the slow, sure, sustainable growth that increases my mobility is the only solution to longevity of healthy strength. Here I am this week at 202lbs.

And here is my progress in building my handbridge wheel for the month of January. Each photo taken at one week intervals.

  4. How does one gain a lot of mass eating mostly Paleo style? I tend to have a lot of trouble gaining weight eating this way, I have no problem losing fat though. How much does one have to eat to make these changes?

    Eat more of the same. If you’re not gaining, you’re not eating.
