Hi all,
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 152lbs.
Age:26
Bodyfat: approximately 17%
Diet: Warrior Diet-Very small servings of fresh, low GI fruit or veggies during the day and large overfeeding dinner, starting with salad or fruit, protein, then finally carbs.
Ratio: approximately 30%protein, 40%carb, 30%fat.
Physical Exercise: I just got a pair a 10lb. Clubbells, and I am learning the basic movements with them. Focus: General Slow Strength: 30 minutes, 5x per week with Grinding exercise and the beginning Ballistics.
Goal: 160lbs., 7% bodyfat
I've been on the Warrior Diet for approxmately 3 months. I am starting to transition off it because my was complaining that I am losing too much weight :) . I'm not sure if my weight loss has been the most healthy, although I have an abundance of energy throught out the day.
Considering my goal stated above, how should I modify or should I modify my diet in conjunction with my beginning fitness plan. I don't really want to do Atkins or other really low carb plans. Suggestions?
Thanks a lot guys...
Ryan
