I haven't been checking the RMAX forums much lately, but this is very cool.
As an Army veteran I appreciate what Coach Sonnon and RMAX is doing with the VA, especially how it would help disabled vets.

Hi Dan,
Its good to have you on board here. And thanks for your service to our country.
I was stationed at Ft. Lewis in 1996-1998. I really liked living up in the Pacific Northwest and would really like to make it back there someday.
Its beautiful country, you just have to get used to the rain.

Thank you both for your service.
It's great that RMAX has donated Warrior Wellness to disabled vets, but I wish that CST principles could be more integrated into Army PT. I think it could make for much more effective and efficient soldiers.
I'm glad whenever more members of the military find this website. Hopefully the message here spreads like wildfire, and some changes are made.

Hi Jeff,
Ft. Lewis was definitely a beautiful area. Especially Mt. Rainier on a clear morning. Of course my fondest memory of both bases is the fire ants. When you get out into the sticks at either base the fire ant mounds were often taller than a man.
Hi Scott,
I did find Army PT rudimentary at best. Maybe you have to make it simple to efficiently deal with such a large group.
Hand to hand combat was a joke. It's even more of a joke now, teaching a soldier to wrestle (BJJ) around on the group with an enemy soldier while 30 of his closest buddies are coming to meet you.
