I would like to thank Sean Flanagan for teaching a great introductory workshop at my Academy in Boothbay Harbor.
Sean covered intu flow the majority of the workshop because most of the participants needed the most work in this area. I don't have intu flow yet, so this was all new material to me and I found it very interesting. I will be getting intu flow soon!
We also covered flow fit. He broke down the third flow and really covered and explained it well. I feel very confident doing this flow after the workshop. He also helped one of the participants who had a knee injury with appropriate modifications for him.
Towards the end we covered some Prasara which was alot of fun.
Sean was able to get a sixty plus year old jiu jitsu player to reach the plow after years of trying on his own. The big problem he was having was with the breath and it was great to see him accomplish that goal.
We worked privately with the clubs and I even got to teach him a little jiu jitsu! I really enjoyed meeting Sean and his brother Pat and we all really enjoyed the workshop.
I look forward to training with Sean again soon.
