Started out the week intending on doing a Double-Density workout. Due to matters beyond my control (namely nasty weather) could not do second w/o Mon.
I believe that doing one Mon. and one Tues. combined to make Weds. two workouts tough. And the fact that I was a bit overzealous on the C&J's.
Fridays workout was very tough but satisfactory at the same time. Muscles were still tired from Wed, but I was tired also. Hard to get proper sleep in a moving truck all week. By the end I am usually worn out. Sat. night I felt good and wanted to do a high cardio w/o.
I will again attempt to stick with the Double-Density this week. I will post results later this week.
