Clubbell Workshop w/ Cody Fielding hosted by JC Santana

It's been many months in coming, but the details are finalized. Juan Carlos Santana and his Institute of Human Performance (IHP) in Boca Raton FL will be hosting yours truly for a Level 1, Basic Clubbell workshop.

We will cover the basic principles of use and focus on 10 or 12 primary exercises. This workshop is open to people of all levels, ages etc. If you or someone you know lives in the region and wants to learn from a Certified Instructor I encourage you to join us.

I’m confident it will be a fun, energized event where everyone can come away with the tools they need to begin and/or enhance their experience with this ancient tool for the modern athlete.

There are so many avenues - it can be hard to make decisions about where to apply one's time. I imagine you as a CST Instructor and we can brainstorm. Too much fun!

I've been by his house. Not quite a large as I thougt it would be. You'd drive by it and never know he lives there.

Now, if Salma Hayek needs help with back brides (or anything) from Prasara Bodyflow, I'd have to donate my time and help out......for the greater good of humanity of course! Charity is good. :lol:
