Jason,
Finally catching up here. How was your conditioning for the fight and what do you hope to do differently in the future in light of what you've learned?

Coach my cardio was the best it had ever been. I was doing 5-6 rounds of 6 min each 1 min rest. Have started two handed brusier training(I love that thing). Also have started alot of reactive strikeing drills.

Jason,
Sorry if my post wasn't clear. I was asking what deficiencies you saw in your conditioning which you intend to improve and how.

Mostly reactive strength and countering off of every attack. This is something that I did not train alot only the last two weeks before the fight. I did not think that it was that important, but I learned how important it was in the fight.

Jason,
Is the program you're following at the moment the same program Coach Sonnon outlined to you in the following thead?

Sean yes that is what I am following. Doing two handed exercises with the #45 shoulder park squats, dead hang CTO, and arm casts(from guard position over shoulder back to guard) I think thats what it is called. Also doing flag holds so I can add clean to flag and cast it to flag from back position.
