Anyone throw in any crazy workouts, espically for the holidays or your birthday? Like doing throughout the day, doing around 500 reps in a swipe or something just crazy!!!!!!!!! for fun, serious fun as always :))))))))))

800 non-stop snatches w/ 1 pood KB switching hands every 10

400 non-stop 1 arm swipes w/ 20lb CB switching hands ever 10

next up

10x5/5 high swings w/ the 2.5 pood KB

I did EDT yesterday with two 1.5 Pood KB.

Military Press and Rows. Did about 10 sets per PR session.

Then 100 25lb CB swipes.

Later, 18yr old single malt Whiskey. Feeling no pain.

I wasn't counting reps, but I got to follow Coach Szolek on his Xmas rounds in the Bronco for four days, with Dozer the Pink-Nosed Pitbull. My holiday pounds all went to my shoulders!
