Ive been doing alot of snowboarding lately, and Ive noticed a lot of tenderness/tightness in my right hip flexor. I do advanced WW almost everyday, but it has not really seemed to help. Im going to take some time off from training for the holidays, but does anyone have any other suggestions for healing it?

A lot of our most-knowledgeable folks are out-of-pocket for the holidays Chris, and hips are not one of the areas I've managed to tear up so I don't have firsthand suggestions to offer, so please check back.

Meanwhile, from previous occupational-imbalance posts, the strain you feel might actually be centered elsewhere... ankles, knees, lumbar... concentrate on motion between/among these structures, not just the components.
