I am interested in getting/staying in shape. My job requires a certain amont of physical fitness inorder to be effective. Being almost 43 years old, I am interested in keeping up with the younger guys. Joint fitness as well as strength endurance are my priorities. If & when I feel as if I have something of value to offer the forum, I will post. Otherwise, I'll sit back & learn. Thanks for reading.

Please feel free to post any of your training related insights :idea:, questions :?:, and progress :arrow:; so many individuals of differing levels of experience frequent this forum that you may surprised how something that doesn't seem too special to you, ends up beiong just what another needed to get past a sticking point. :)

Welcome Bombero. I'm also being stalked by the calendar. Keep looking ahead, more we work together, better it gets. And second to Coach Szolek's post, lot of guys out there wondering if it's possible, and we can tell them it definitely is.
