I want to start using a density program with the clubs but had a question on start out. When I'm selecting a goal saying 100 reps in so many minutes. How would I select the proper club to use. I can do a shoulder cast with one hand about ten times with a 45 pounder before I have to either switch arms or set it down. Or would that or would it better to use a club I could do that with about twenty or thirty times straight. I just purchase the pro gym so I can use to clubs at any weight. I can do most of the movements two handed with any of the clubs but with the two 45 pound clubs five to ten reps is about my limit right now for one set. So with that information given what club wiegth should I start with using a density program.

Setting a goal of 100 reps with a CB you can only do 10 reps is a little too optimistic in my opinion. Especially if you go for the condensed density training protocol which might have you doing 10 sets of 10 in ten minutes.

Either choose a lighter CB or decrease the rep goal. I would say a rep goal of 25 would be a start. Then shoot for 50, then 100 or so.
