Hello,

I was hoping someone could give me ideas for a 3 day per week routine.
Looking for maximum all body gains in strength and muscular endurance.
I'm wanting sets, reps etc.....
Maybe a starting point and then an idea of when / how much of an increase in reps / sets etc....
I'm naturally strong but new to clubbell training.
6'2", 260 pounds - would be ripped at 230, 38 years old.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
