I was wondering if there are any plans for a "backward pressure" type DVD? Backbend into a bridge and then being able to stand up out of the bridge? Something along those lines? Just curious!

This is bizarre you asked that. I was thinking the exact same thing last night and this morning. I've just got forward pressure, thought that it is fantastic for the top position in wrestling and was thinking that a backwards pressure would be awesome for BJJ. Other cool backwards things would be a backwards squat into a shoulder roll and then back to the guard position or something like that.
I may write a forward pressure review about stuff like that.

Good ideas so far... why not experiment?
I have played with "Crab Hops." Get into Crab position (on hands and feet, belly up), then "hop" up and down. As in Quad Hops, exhale on each landing, and use SEE (stored elastic energy) to power the next hop. As you get comfy with it, go for height, then start moving around. One transition I played with was doing a hop transition directly from Quad Squat to Crab, then immediately back to Quad Squat. Very challenging!

You can also get some nice strength gains by the elipses and swinging plank etc from forward pressure but bellyup.

That's a great idea Jason, thanks for that. I'll give it a go later this evening at training.
