View Full Version : how does it all fit together?
hello, this question may seem a little out of place, but how exacly does it all fit together?? not so much with cst, but im talking about warrior wellness, intu flow, be breathed, flow fit, forward pressure, prasara, body flow, and if ive missed any feel free to incorporate them. They all seem like great programs, but alot to offer, i started out with intu flow, and love it and have felt a tranformation every day. Recently on someones advice i have gone back tothe beginner level and have learned more from doing this than i did from getting comfortable in the master level ( so thank you for that wonderful piece of advice) Im just confused with how it all 'flows' together??
thank you
Adam

Adam,
I am not a Coach or Instructor, but in what I have learned, you can look at it in two different ways. Some of the products, can be used as stand alone fitness programs (for instance I am sure you could stick with just FlowFit and maintain a good level of fitness). Or, and this has just come to me recently, you can view each product as a tool designed to be used in a specific manner to accomplish a specific goal. For example IntuFlow is a tool designed specifically to increase ROM. Clubbells help to increase strength, ROM, and mobility. So in order to use these tools properly, you first have to set a very specific goal, then reach into your RMAX toolbelt and decide which tool is best suited to solve the problems that are preventing you from reaching your goal. For instance, say your goal is to perform a pushup. First you try to figure out what is preventing you from performing one, Is it a lack of mobility in your shoulder? If so, then use IntuFlow and BodyFlow release the tension and gain mobility. Is it due to lack of strength? IF so, then grab some Clubbells, find an exercise that stimulates the same muscle groups as the pushup, work them for a while, then attempt the pushup again and see what happens. Does this make sense?

It's funny. I was thinking along these lines. It all seemed and felt great. And I felt like I was definately getting healthier but all the programs felt kind of disjointed, but then I ordered Softwork and Hardwork and had a few UH HUH moments.
ok, i understand what you are saying, and thats about as far as my knowledge goes, so cst and intuflow work together, but how does warrior wellness fit in, or body flow, or flow fit, or forward pressure etc etc etc etc etc

I can see how each program compliments the next. Be Breathed applies to everything in life as well as CST. FlowFit and Forward Pressure are the stepping stones to Prasara. Clubbells give the joint strength and muscle to accomplish the previously said programs. Intu-Flow keeps the joints loose and healthy so all of this helps instead of hurts us. What is so great about all of these things is that whether your a beginner or advanced practitioner of CST there is a challenge at every step of the way no matter how far you go, even if you go back to the basics. You can go as far as your imagination can take you.
