View Full Version : Using light weights/resistance w/ WW?

I've been thinking about using light weights w/ Warrior Wellness in the evenings (not for a.m. joint wakeup). In part, this is to help rehab a leg that keeps giving me problems (see post in longevity & rejuventation).

Does anyone use weights and/or resistance devices such as jump-stretch bands w/ WW.

Opinions?

Ken,

It's fairly common for people to use 5lbs Clubbells tagged on to Warrior Wellness. Athletes such as Steve Maxwell use this often in their training.

However, in your case, I suspect less is more. You need to assess the root of this event before adding resistance and creating additional tension. Read my response to your thread in the Recovery, Regeneration and Longevity forum.
