Hi everyone,
I’m getting back into KB training & wanted to get into CB training as well. I care about having real world strength & conditioning, but I also want hypertrophy too :twisted: . When I first heard about CB’s I thought they were cool, but I was skeptical about how much Muscle they would put on someone. Now the CB’s go up to 45 lbs. And with the ABC book I now believe one can get as big as there Genetics will allow with CB’s.
What I wanted to know is, if one were to get the ABC book, would it be wise to also get Coach Sonnon’s CB book & video first? It would seem like a given to me? I hear only good things about his materials. Also to do the ABC program what size CB would one recommend a Noob get? Should everyone start out with the Bruiser? Thanks in advance for any help.
