If you are mixed type or protein type, than here is a rather simple recipe for the single guy/gal or anyone who want a quick protein meal. I like using the George Foreman's Grill because it is quick and simple and I am a sucker for these kinds of gadgets.

step one:

coat your steak or meat with good fats like flaxseed oil or Jungle Product's Red Palm Oil or Coconut Oil ( http://www.junglepi.com/index.html). This help make your meat taste more tender. Red Palm Oil has an unique taste, but I like it.

step two:

rub your meat with seasonings like Chef Paul Prudhommes's Magic Seasoning Blends: Blackened Steak Magic or something similar based on your taste and dietary needs.

step three:

Place the prepared meat on the George Foreman's grill and let it do the work.

Step four:

Pray over your food

Step five:

Eat and enjoy

Bao,

You are cooking your flaxseed oil? As flaxseed oil becomes rancid at room temperature, cooking it isnt exactly safe.

i've stopped using any oils to cook meat.

i cook it instead in a couple of cm's of water....

actually i have found the flavour of the meat is much greater than when cooked in oil, plus it is much more tender. the water becomes slightly fatty and can easily be used as stock.
