when i start seeing the same thing come up from entirely unrelated sources i know i'm onto something....


here is something interesting...

i stumbled upon a page full of free books on a "create your own reality" kind of theme, and started reading one of them during breaks at work for fun... and then i found this page which reinforced the idea of how the way we breathe is instrumental in our physical, mental and emotional conditions, exactly the same thing coach sonnon has been saying all along:

The zazen breathing method described by Katsuki Sekida in his book "Zen Training" also has similaries. But since it is not based on exercise, the breathing is more active. (Another way to look at it is that the breathing is the exericise in that case.)

it truely is, i just recently ordered the basic program for optimal breathing at breathing.com i feel a difference and plan on adding the exercises to my be-breathed routine
