It's a small device that can vibrate every minute to every hour. It's been helping me greatly in applying performance breathing daily. It can be used as a reminder to follow through in any motivation.

The book following through is the main thing to learn and apply, all it is about is mastering INTENTION. Every intension that you intend to do is thought about and followed through untill it's finished while setting up reminders everywhere anywhere about that intention.

I wanted to post it up because this I believe this is the holy grail to life mastery. No matter how important your intension is if you do not get reminded of it then you will not follow.

I'm telling everybody about cst, my brother and my sister now do it every morning and I make sure they do it. I aggressive remind people who have told me they liked what I have told them about cst and want to apply it. No one is getting off the hook unless they intend to and with good cause (:

(:

I call it a "pager", and there is usually a nurse on the other end to provide the reminder and motivation. :-)

the concepts are what's really important in following through in any intent.

Here's the link:: http://habitchange.com/

You don't even need the motiveaider, however the techniques in the follow through boof (pdf) is PRICELESS!!!! The motiveaider is just a really great way to adapt this amazing method.

I"m currently applying this to every intention I have, to every intention others have, and everything.

You can use a cell phone, computer, note book, pager, anything that reminds you of your intent to stay focused.

Interesting... the site says virtually nothing about the operation of the device, only the intended goal of its use is mentioned.

There's another device out there that is similar. It's like a watch, has 30 alarms, and a repeating countdown timer, both of which can run simultaneously. It's call WatchMinder2.

I've considered buying it (since I have ADD plus behaviors that could do with some modifying)... but first I have to work through whether or not I'd remember to use it...

those are great also, i planned on getting them instead but just went with the motiveaider.

the main thing is the follow through book, the motiveaider is just you could say a clubbell an extension of your will to finish and follow through on any intention.
