I purchased body-flow, intu flow, and a casette tape keeping the edge. Loved everything but I have some questions. I would like to purchase more programs on flow or zone state. I see different prorams that seem to have elements of flow training but I am not sure which one to purchase? also if weight training is not advocated how do you build the necessary strength and explosive power for sports? does it have no application? what about athletic speed, quickness, agility, explosiveness, vertitical jumping ability. what programs are availible that will help maximize atleticism? I love what I have read and watched but I want to maximize my potiential, can strength traing be used in conjuction with cst and mobility training? I want to learn more so please advise on what programs I should purchase next. thank you Leonard LaGarde
