I'm new to the RMAX thing and very interested.
I'm out of shape and so would like to know where
to start. Any thoughts would be great.

Hiya G and welcome!
Where to start depends on where you are... a little beyond "out of shape." There are different varieties of that. Are you old, young, injured, worn out, used to be elite but are now merely excellent, structure ok but thin, structure ok but fat?
On the other hand... can't go wrong with starting with Intu-Flow. It has the mobility that's the foundation of everything, and mini-clubbells for adding resistance.
