Agreed. Coach Sonnon said it was scheduled for release in about a month. I'd hold out for that as RMAX has evolved a lot since the Zadrovye videos and Coach Sonnon's understanding and presentation have also improved. It'll just be a better product.

I have enjoyed the natural gait video and I have even been succcessful in transfering the concepts to other activites like swimming. It has great information and the first time I tried its methods I knocked off about 5 minutes from my average run time. I also was not as fatiged. Its a great program but like the others have said the upcoming RMAX Powered Running will be in a whole other world.

I'm very much looking forward to the "RMAX Powered Running DVD". I've been trying to add distance to my runs but I can't seem to get past the 2 mile mark without my lungs being on fire. :(

Unfortunately I do have a limited lung capacity (approx. 70% according to the Dr. who tested me) due to scar tissue caused by severe asthma as a child that went untreated so I am behind the 8-ball to start with. I'm hoping the new DVD may help give me some insights into breaking down the science of running so I can clean the slate and start over with my running mechanics and such.
