I was asked about casting in boxing as I was taught by Russian national boxing coach, Petr Pashkov. People seem to be highly interested in casting because of major circuit fighters like Fedor, Arlovski, Vovchanchin, as well as the lesser known champs like Zinoviev, Illoukhine, Beechkov, et cetera. However, casting is not something mystical. It's just good boxing, especially when that boxing intends to translate immediately into the complete fighting game.
It gets too intellectualized to type out so here's a video explanation from the RMAX Hardwork DVD. Click on image of Head Coach Brandon Jones.

Does casting work? Where's the proof?
Ask a Clubbell athlete:

How do you judge the quality of a punch to the face?
By how much the stomach jiggles;)
