Tribe,
It's been with great deliberation that I release this course...
There's not much I can say that is not already explained on the course description.
Enjoy my friends... it's the culmination of over a decade of hard work, personal experience, trial and error, and tons of research.

Looks phenomenal Scott.
I have one question: Is this series recorded in a seminar or studio environment?
Thanks
edited because I read the description properly and found the answer there

Hi, Coach Sonnon. I'm a little slow today, so probably my question is answered in your description, but as a Martial Artist with some joint issues (left hip, knees) which have been helped tremendously by GTB and BodyFlow, I'm thinking that Warrior Wellness is a better choice for me than Freedom by Degree. Warrior Wellness was going to be my next choice ( i have GTB volume 1, Bodyflow [book and tapes], 15lb clubbells and book). I have gone from needing poles for downhill hiking, and unable to move with grace and economy to free hiking, and good martial arts mobility, on the ground and standing, except for high kicks. This is primarily thanks to your matierial.

Lew,
Congratulations on your recovery!
Think of Warrior Wellness as the undergraduate course and Freedom By Degree as post-grad study and internship. FBD demonstrates how to intuitively assess one's moment to moment condition and resolve unnecessary tension and compression, as well as offering almost 50% new exercises which progress upon those in WW.
Reread the course description slowly and absorb the article.
Enjoy!

Hello, Coach
Thank you for the gentle heads up. I have reread the article, and am now ordering the new product. I am eager to see how it will help me.
