How long do you usually suggest working the beginner course of Warrior Wellness before moving on to the intermediate level, assuming near-daily practice? I had a something of a minor "revelation" today as I was doing my morning practice, and afterwards the question came to mind.
Is it the type of thing where a viewer could try the course and know whether or not he's at the correct level to continue? Or is there a comfort level, a specific ROM, or a particular "aha" I should have before continuing?

Sam,
If you can honestly ask the question on rate of progression, then you already know the answer. Just re-read your post. Your intuition's questions speak volumes.
Development is individualized - in whole and in part. The rate of progression depends upon the individual's attention, diligence, patience and vigiliance. However, most often people progress faster in some areas and slower in others. Bring up the rear (end of performance) before pushing the lead.

Many thanks for your quick response, coach!
I still think there's more to be plumbed in the beginner program. For now I'm just going to be happy that I'm making progress and continue with the beginner program. I'll throw in an intermediate workout in a couple of weeks to see how it feels, and move on from there.

Or you can incorporate into your practice intermediate level exercises with the joint mobility you have progressed.
Keep us apprised of your progress.

Just my .02 cents I have done the beginner lvl for about a year and am months into the intermediate lvl. For me there is always something to refine even if i have 'moved on to the next lvl'. Hope that helps.
Sincerly,
Dan
