After a brief layoff ( about a week ) due to a wrist injury, I finally returned back to CB training tonight. I realized how much CB really do enhance a persons strength as a result of training circularly.
It took the absence to realize how much CBs really do for you.
I noticed the following
1) Sensory Motor Amnesia - you don't move it you'll forget how.
2) Strength in more ranges of motion = greater groove strength
3) CBs work wrist strength - this is different from grip strength imo. Wrist strength strengthens the movement of your fist in all directions. Grip strength imo, strengthens the closing power of your fingers.
I missed CB during the break and realized again how superior they are for training. 8) Its going to take alot for me to put them down again.
