Hello everyone, I want to send all my best to all of CST staff, istructors coaches and athletes.

I'm proud to announce that we just had 3 days camp up in the north of Italy and CST was a big hit and all the students were amazed.
We are going to set up seminars and with the approval of Coach Sonnon we'll love to have a cadre in Italy soon.

How are you? I just got back in town, I was in Israel and then in Thailand..was hard fun and busy. Now I need to start to get back on shape so I'm putting down my 4 weeks plan, could I send you it after I plan it in order to have an opinion?
