Okay, I've been lurking for about a week or so..I like to get the feel of a forum before I jump in.

I'm a martial artist who's looking to rediscover the Divine within himself.

I borrowed Warrior Wellness Beginner from a friend, and I've been doing it everyday (except one) since then (nearly two weeks). I also have access to his copy of Be Breathed, of which I've only watched about 20 minutes.

My martial background is the usual JKDC blend of Muay Thai/Kali/Silat/Jun Fan/BJJ plus some Sayoc Kali (Hi, Dr. Bob!) for flavor. I don't know what else to say here. I suppose I'd like to get into FlowFighting™ eventually but for now, regaining my range of motion is paramount.

I have to keep stopping myself from putting in a "full" workout. Part of me doesn't want to rest until I'm drenched with sweat. There's a ton of stuff I'd love to get started on. But first and foremost, I've got to make an attempt at neutralizing all of the damage that I've done to my own body over the years.

For now, I do WW Beginner everyday. That's about it. Would it be a bad idea to begin the Be Breathed exercises this early in, or should I concentrate only on the WW for now?

Chris,

Be Breathed complements WW. It would be fine to integrate both of those programs as long as you take it incrementally. Remember to utilze CST intuitive training protocol and keep yout RPT 8 or better, and RPD 3 or less. The RPE should stay 3 or less during the cognitive learning mode, Enjoy.

Thank you. I'll begin working a Be Breathed session into my routine a few days per week. I'm also planning on digging up my video camera so I can check my form on a couple of movements.
