There are many things I want to learn including conditioning, flowfighting, conquering or learning how to deal with the adrenaline response.

Is there any teachers near me in Flowfighting. (South Jersey)

Sorry, no Flowfighting coaches as of yet. The first athlete seminar just concluded. There may be a training group close to you or you could get with likeminded people and explore RMAX materials.

If you have any questions, post them on the open forum so everyone can benefit.

If you want to learn Flowfighting....get to a seminar.
