Prasara Workshop, Brockville, ON - October 29th

I will be presenting a 2.5 hour introductory Prasara workshop at the Centrepoint Yoga Studio (http://www.centrepointstudio.com/), Brockville, Ontario.

The event will be held on October 29, 2006 from 1 to 4pm.

I will be teaching two Prasara chains at this event (I haven't decided which ones yet).

Centrepoint is a great location! Those of you who have seen my RMAX Powered Bujinkan Volume One video caught a glimpse of it.

For sure! I've been training since the week I got back. Everything's all scarred up nicely. Just working out some tightness in my legs from all those miles with such a heavy pack. I've got some filming scheduled for that same weekend too.




How much for the event Coach? Is it free?

I'm not sure what the yoga studio is charging. I beleieve around $40. Interested participants should check with them at the link above, and book their slot. I believe its filling quickly.

As someone who has trained live with Coach Murdock, I just wanted to say that if you can make it, GO! Coach has a gift for taking the principles of RMAX and CST, distilling them down and making them extremely easy to understand. Plus you can ask him about how he punched a camel :D.

I regret to announce that the Centrepoint Yoga Studio is closing and therefore this workshop has been cancelled.

Perhaps one of the participants will find an alternate venue and date. If so, I'll post it here.
