4 Corner Balance Drill for 10 minutes

Monday:

stretch back, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, itb
9 rounds on heavy bag (2 minutes striking, 30 seconds rest)

Tuesday:

stretch back, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, calves, shoulders, groin
swim 600m, 25m negative splits
4 Corner Balance Drill for 10 minutes
weight training for shoulders, bicep, tricep, chest, hip adductors and abductors
planks for abs

Wednesday

stretch back, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, groin, it band
8 kata
sparring
30 reps on ab wheel
4 Corner Balance Drill for 10 minutes

Thursday

stretch back, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, calves, shoulders, groin
swim 600m, 25m negative splits
