View Full Version : Moving towards Flowfighting

Hello coaches,
unsure weather this might be a stupid question - I still want to ask.
I am practicing intu-flow, bodyflwo, flowfit and started the forward pressure programm - and I get to love it more and more every day. I feel that with CST I really found what my embodied soul was looking for.
And I know that I will be prepared to one day attend a flowfigthing seminar.
My deep interest is to be able to get into flow every moment of my life - nomatter what circumstances - and I do want to be able to protect my own and other people life in special situations (that feeling I definetly do not have right now).

I have a friend to train with - right now we are only doing our body-flows.
We both would like to get into a MA training group here in Munich -
But - Is there a MA that works together with flowfighting ?
I have been reading a little through the magazin and read that it helps me to perform my chosen MA more refined.

But - if I am about to choose a MA - to have the opportunity to train with other partners - what would be your suggestion - regarding that I want to learn to keep on my flow - defend my life and do not want to train something that blocks my way to fully doing flowfighting on day?

I have to admit that I keep focused on the daily physical practice right now - and put the theory away - so I do only - hopefully know - what counts for now for me - so I hope the question is placed on the right site.

Thank you.

Honestly, this is the most effective manner to get started:

Hi Benedikt,

Not that Coach Sonnon needs backup from the likes of me :) , but I just wanted to say that as someone in a situation similar to yours the TGM has been a priceless resource!

By the way, you have a beautiful city in Munich. I have spent quite a bit of time in Erding (near the airport) giving courses for rollerblading, and I usually made it a point to go touring in the city at least once every time I was over there.

Good luck with your training.

Adam
